An Inside Sales Executive at Vedas Mantra is responsible for driving Ayurvedic healthcare product sales through telecalling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management, primarily via phone and digital channels. The role focuses on converting inbound leads, doing outbound follow-ups, explaining products, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

Vedas Mantra is an Ayurvedic healthcare company established in 2021, with operations in Gwalior and Noida.
The company offers herbal and Ayurvedic solutions for conditions such as kidney stones and lifestyle-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries for Ayurvedic products, understand customer health concerns, and recommend suitable product solutions within company guidelines.
Make outbound calls and WhatsApp/email follow-ups to new and existing leads to generate interest, share product information, and drive conversions.
Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, and offers clearly to customers in Hindi/English (and other regional languages if required), ensuring high-quality communication.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, orders, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets, and update lead status regularly.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly call targets and monthly sales and revenue targets set by management.
Build long-term relationships by providing good after-sales support, responding to queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
Coordinate with dispatch/operations for order processing and timely delivery where applicable.
Share feedback from customers and market (objections, common questions, competitor references) with the marketing/sales management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills over phone and digital channels, with clear, polite, and convincing speaking style.
Basic understanding or interest in Ayurveda/healthcare products, with willingness to learn product details thoroughly.
Ability to handle high volume of calls, work with targets, and manage time and priorities effectively.
Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp/email for managing leads and follow-ups.
Persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills to close sales while maintaining customer trust.
Typical Experience & Education
0–3 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/customer support, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree in any stream is usually preferred for inside sales roles.
